Hi all,

I’ve just figured out that Mac Os X has a exciting utility available from command line : textutil. I used it to convert hundreds of tabs (from .doc format) to txt. As a result you can now access more than 950 tabs (as of today) directly from the guitarexp webiste without downloading any .doc, .pdf or .zip files… happy guitaring !

i’ve just finished putting online a new search engine. You can now use the google custom search field to search your favorite tab, chord or classified ad on guitarexp.net ! cheers

I’m working on a new tabs management system to convert all doc tabs in txt files (i’ve found some software making the job). Those txt tabs files are much easier to publish on guitarexp. This will certainly increase the amount of weekly tabs available on the website. Nearly 200 tabs are now converted… they’re on their way !

Now and then, layout of pages are using YUI from yahoo. No more IE f*****g bug !

I just have been informed that a bug occurs in IE with frets of the guitar on left sidebar of the website as well as an issue with the height of pages. (thanks BirellIG).

I use to develop with MacOsX and can’t test on IE as only firefox and safari are available on Apple OSes. I’ve just hidden frets and i’m working on height problem.
